Requesting an application form from the exhibition organizer, filling it completely, then mail or fax it to the organizer; Exhibitor should pay the cost to organizer by means of C/T or a face-to-face deal within 7 days after mailing or faxing the application form. The cost can be one-off paid; also, the payment can be divided into two parts, a 50% prepayment and the other half paid before August 1 2010.Exhibitor enrolled after August 1 2010 should pay all cost by one-off payment; The organizer has the right to make changes to certain booth to guarantee the gathering presence of some group exhibitors.
